It depends on the family. Tool sets start at 200 to 500 sets per item; wrenches and sockets at 1,000 pieces; cabinets and workbenches at 20 to 50 units. A mixed container is the usual way to reach the volume with a spread of items.

Yes — OEM and ODM on everything in the catalogue. Logo on the case, the tool itself, the blister card and the carton, plus custom case colours and printed labels. A branded sample is made before the bulk order.

Stock items ship in 7 to 15 days. Made-to-order tool sets run 25 to 35 days, and steel cabinets 30 to 40 days, from confirmation of the artwork or the deposit, whichever is later.

Yes. Stock samples are charged at the unit price plus courier and are credited back against the bulk order. Customised samples carry the tooling and setup cost.

30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. Other terms are considered for repeat customers.

We quote FOB, CIF and DDP. For FOB we book the container and send loading photos the same day; for CIF and DDP we handle the freight and the destination paperwork as well.

Send photos of the carton, the label and the contents within 30 days of arrival. Shortages and wrong items are made good in the next shipment; transit damage is claimed against the insurance we arrange on CIF terms.
